There was no soap or towels . The heater malfunctioned on a 30 degree night. The bedding was poor quality. The place was run down.

The first room we were given had the door locked in and barely locked. The second room seemed ok. We left for dinner and came back late. I would not shower or cover up with the comforter. I slept on towels to prevent touching the sheets. Water dripped on the floor when I washed my face. I wiped it up with a washcloth which needed up filthy. Those floors have not been moped in a long time.

Roach motel, told no 1st floor room to move to, had to move by another brand and pay twice as much.

The hotel staff was a little strange and the lights were off in the lobby when I checked in around 8 pm. It was not a friendly approachable place by any means

The room was dirty there was a disgusting stain on the bed black mold in the bathroom and cockroaches we went to the Walmart and bought cleaning supplies, sheets to put iver the nasty ones and ortho bug spray but that didn't even work! We stayed the one night and left on the second night and went next-door to Quality Inn and suites Because I couldn't even sleep after seeing more cockroaches even after spraying!!! on top of it it smelled like low tide in the room- I would give zero stars if I could!

Floors was filthy, had to wear shoes while in room. Door jam had been kicked in and had a huge gap. Bathroom door was rotten and couldn’t shut. Walls and door jams looked like they had never been washed down. No towels to exchange out, had to use same wash rag 2 days.
