Great location so it was easy to walk to the places we wanted to go. Trendy and fun vibe.
Negatives:
I reserved the room for my family of 4 and this was noted in the room reservation. There were only 2 sets of towels in the room so I had to call for more so that we could all take showers. Then after 2 showers, there was no more shower gel. Apparently it had not been refilled between reservations. We weren’t offered water for our rooms, even though the guests checking in before us received bottles. This was our second stay at this hotel so we obviously like it, but I feel like they dropped the ball this time.

The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a quick Christmas/anniversary getaway. Loved the comfy bed and access to movies. The drinks at the bar were priced well and the outside area was nice on a cold night.
Negatives:
The elevators were not both working so this was an issue on Dec. 27th with lots of people checking out and using the elevators at the same time.
