The staff are all very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast is excellent with a full course of choices for a nutritious meal.
Negatives:
The water in the shower alternated hot/cold while in use likely due to other rooms turning water on/off.

Love that my fur baby was allowed, they also have a dog park. We had a pretty quiet stay, wished beds was a little softer but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was good, front desk is nice also. Room smelled so nice and clean when we arrived

The cleanliness,the staff ( anyone or everyone I dealt with ), including the housekeeper and the breakfast staff, were great and I loved my cozy clean room. Better here than MOST ANYWHERE!! And I stay in hotels pretty often so I can say this. Thanks guys!

The bed had a slope in it, like sleeping on a hill. Someone knocked on my door incessantly the last hour b4 checkout. The charge 100 dollars deposit for the privilege of staying in their dump. It's noisy from traffic.

I travel to Greenville often and have stayed at other hotels in higher priced range within 5 miles radius the outside looks its age the room is dated but still clean my only problem is there was no tv channel guide otherwise it was like the other review

No tv channel guide and would be nice to have more outlets by the bed everything was cleaned and worked

The staff was exceptional. Very pleasant.

The pull out sofa was falling apart and unusable even for sitting. I did not complain since we were there for a short time.
