Positives:
The breakfast was wonderful! Special thanks to the chefs who fried the omelettes - they were unbeatable. Plenty of everything and good quality! The pool is beautiful, there are towels and sunbeds, which is very nice. Professional and nice staff, always ready to help. Great location of the hotel, we were constantly walking. In general, it is very quiet and peaceful in the hotel. You have a wonderful city, cozy and beautiful!
Negatives:
This is not a comment, just a wish: access to hot water 24/7 so you can make tea or coffee at any time. The water in the pool was a bit cool.

Entrance is confusing and requires steps or a strangely located elevator to reach reception.. Guest suites are.more Spartan than other Embassy Suites I have stayed at.

Good location near downtown. Up on the Roof. Accessible parking during the Fall for Greenville festival. Closeness of ice machine on 2nd floor.
Negatives:
We found the beds a little too soft, and didnt get much sleep either night. It was a struggle to get the shower faucet to turn off - not sure we were able to fully master that. Refrigerator had very cold spots that froze our water bottles. No fans in bathrooms.
