Lobby and Bar food was also good pool was nice but closed and it was really close to entertainment and interstate

it was under construction and very noisy I couldn't sleep there was trash on the floor a bottle cap , hair net and a receipt my bed was lumpy my back hurt the next day and my pillows were very flat I complained but nothing was done I was told I would get a call its been 4 days still no call

Positives:
The lobby was inviting and beautiful, with a nice bar and good service at the bar. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel wifi was reliable and fast. My bed was comfortable and the room was generally cozy to stay in.
Negatives:
I was a little disappointed by the inconsistent HVAC performance in my room. My colleague actually had to change rooms as his HVAC was not blowing cold at all, and after changing to another room, that one also performed poorly. I also did not like the water pressure from my bathroom sink, as it was excessively powerful to the point of being messy.

The staff and ambiance of the hotel were great. I traveled with my daughter and felt very safe and comfortable at all times.
Negatives:
When checking in, I requested a hypoallergenic room since I am allergic to animal hair. After laying in bed for a few minutes my eyes started itching and throat swelling. I checked the pillows and they were duck feathers.

Hotel employees and the front desk great. Did an excellent job in all matters of our stay. We really appreciate it. And, the breakfast was great! The server was good. Thank you!!!

I only have one concern! I told the front desk for further taken action. This issued was the mattress had like a “hole” in one side of the bed. Kind of uncomfortable.
