Positives:
For the cost of room no breakfast was included. I have stayed in many hiltons and breakfast is always included along with beverages in evening and never had to pay for parking. Pool was closed during spring break and was not listed during booking and updated later. I paid in advance and contract stipulated I could not cancel otherwise no refund so was very disappointed at customer service! No room service was provided and stayed two nights. We had to go pick up clean towels at front desk and did not get our room clean over night!
