Positives: The location provided easy access to the interstate.
Negatives: The Hotel is horrible. After being put in a handicap room that we did not ask for the next room had stains in the carpet, doors missing off of the track for the closet & the shower head was not mobile & broke. There was no mask mandate so no 1 had on mask

Negatives: Elevators looked dirty. Asked to have room cleaned while out for the day and it did not happen. Chair in room looked like it had a blood stain on arm.

Positives: Staff was good
Negatives: No pool , room never was clean . Me and my wife had to stand outside for almost hour at 2am in the morning due to some guess pulling fire alarms. My tube was back up when we use the shower .

Negatives: I wasnÂ't able to take a shower cause the water spout broke off and I have a charge on my account for $41.75 that they claim they canÂ't find. I was suppose to receive a call back but no one from management called me.

Positives: The nice bartender, the food and somewhat my 2nd room.
Negatives: How I felt when I came in. The holes in the sheet and I believe to be bed bugs. Didn't see them until the next morning but they were dead.

Positives: The room was clean and in a great location. The cleaning staff was very professional.
Negatives: We could not connect to the WiFi and the staff couldnÂ't help. They seemed overwhelmed, young, and inexperienced. Not something common at Hilton, especially a hotel like this that handles so many events and caters to many frequent business travelers.
