1. As a Hilton rewards member, I was not allowed a late checkout. 2 Buffet breakfast was significantly over-priced and menu was extremely limited. I had better more wholesome breakfast for free at Hampton Inn & Suites. 3. Room had a profound odor and smelled. 4. I checked in and was given a 2nd floor room with window view facing the AC. 5. The evening bar/restaurant menu was extremely limited and over-priced. 6. The hotel did not have an airport shuttle service. My HIlton Honors # is:

hello, im contacting hilton greenville with the request of a refund on this hotel booking due to the room not being up to standards when i was given a free upgrade by [link removed] i checked in with this room being connected to another room. when asking the manager on night shift (i check in at 11:00) to switch rooms, because this was not in the details on the booking i was told they were sold out to accommodate my request. i did not feel comfortable staying in a room connected to a strangers room and not knowing of this layout until walking into my room after check in.
