Staff goes the long mile. Arrived in last flight at midnigth and called front desk for shuttle. It had stopped running but they got me an uber on them. Cheerful staff all the time.
I always choose holiday inn express because they are clean, comfortable and convenient. Good value for money.

Staff was courteous upon check in. The room was comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
Please do not play "Walking Dead" on the TV in the main lobby! My kids are not allowed to watch that kind of program so to have it on during breakfast was unpleasant.
