Positives:
The staff was very kind.
We were able to stream our own accounts through the television.
The refrigerator was clean and kept things well chilled
Negatives:
The availability of toiletries.
Mildew in the bathroom.
Cracked caulking around the vanity and bathtub.
Incredibly poor water pressure.
Peeling and chipped paint along the walls.
No convenient outlets for phone charging.
In-room phone completely broken and useless.
Threadbare and bald patches of carpet in several places.
Active mold around baseboards and window.
Paper thin walls, meaning we could hear every conversation in the three rooms around us.
Scratchy, uncomfortable linens.

The breakfast area was being remodeled, so no hot food and mostly little Debbie cakes available. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

It seemed a little run...
Positives:
We liked that the hotel was close to a lot of different things that we wanted to do or restaurants that we don’t have in our hometown so we could try new things. We traveled with 2 dogs so we knew we would be on one of the bottom levels with access to the back door of the hotel to be able to take them outside but it was a nice surprise when they were still able to upgrade our reservation from a deluxe king to an executive king room.
Negatives:
The elevator closest to the back door was pretty slow. We never used the other elevators and I know the hotel was 7 floors however waiting what felt like 5 minutes each time for an elevator that you can hear running and not stopping at every single floor is a little excessive
