Competitive price, decently located, nice customer support from the front desk person upon check out. We forgot some food in the fridge and he was super helpful and kept those for us for couple hours after.
Negatives:
Very old rooms, beaten up furniture, stained walls, odd smell, dirty air vents for heating, unclean furniture with a dust film ... I guess is what I paid for but we expect things to be clean at least.

Nothing. It’s so dirty. It seems like they never moped the floors in here. The non smoke room smells of smoke. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every little thing. I felt so unsafe.

It’s so dirty. There’s stuff on the walls and dark spots on the floor. I spilt water on the floor and went to wipe it up and the rage was so dirty. As shown in one of the photos below. Looks like it’s old blood or something. It seems like they never moped the floors in here. The non smoke room smells of smoke. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything inside and outside. I felt so unsafe. I could hear people yelling and arguing outside and inside.

The first room had hair in the bathtub,on the sink and in the floor. . 2nd room was dirty and bed frame was coming apart the toilet leaked at the base every time it was used

The shelving, countertops, table, nightstands, and floors were filthy. The shower curtains, tubs, a toilet seats were stained. There were roaches, and the non-smoking rooms smelled smokey. The TVs were small.

I booked two rooms but the hotel did not honor the non-tax fee for the booking.com price I reserved, I was only able to actually get one room at the online price. I had to call booking.com's customer service and when the agent tried to explain to the staff that they weren't supposed to add taxes, they were very unreasonable and I had to pay the regular price for the second room which was $20 more than the online price. I just needed the rooms for one night because I drove from out of town.

How filthy the rooms were, and I ended up buying bleach and other cleaning supplies and cleaned our rooms myself.
