Negatives: room seems and smells like never been cleaned the bathroom tub had hairs from other peoples ar conditioner doesn’t cooling properly so was hard to sleep …

Negatives: nothing

Negatives: TV didn‘t work for two days. They would come in to fix it when we weren‘t there due to dogs staying with us, but we didn‘t leave them in the room. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges. And there was a roach in our room.

Negatives: Could not get new cheets outside of the 2 hours a day house keeping were there, house keeping did not come to the rooms during the entire 4 day stay.

Negatives: I thought the web site said we could check in and out at 3 pm. I called and confirmed with the desk worker. The day we checked in I reconfirmed. I paid for our room and we went to it. Our drive to the room saw drug deal going down I. The parking lot. Saw frequent police cars going by throughout our stay. When we got to the room it immediatley Made me think of bed bugs. There were stains on my daughters comforter. One light didnt work and the remote had a battery missing. When ice called the front desk my face stuck to the phone. The next day there was a knock at the door from maintenance. Then house keeping came demanding we leave. I explained our situation. The General Manager came and accused me of lying that I had confirmed we could check out at 3. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A RED ROOF INN AGAIN.

Negatives: Customer service was poor. And the room was disgusting. The comforter has cigarette burns on it and yellow stains. The dust was so thick on the walls it was hanging down. The top of the refrigerator and the microwave were Dusty and inside was filthy. The toilet every time you got off of it came off the wall. There was three pubic hairs in the tub. There was Harley any toilet paper on the roll. And when I opened the new roll it had mold and dirt on it. And cigarette smell was so thick my fiance's asthma acted up I had to go out and buy air freshener which still didn't help. I had a sanitized a whole room just to stay in it. You should have paid me to stay there. I would have checked out had we not checked in so late. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. It was disgusting. And the place takes no pride and keeping it clean and sanitary. It should be turned into the health department.
