Positives:
The bed was comfortable, and the air worked great.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the lady at the front desk didn't inform me upfront that the room I originally booked wasn't available (I had to find out once I got to the 5th floor), that the key card didn't work initially, that the lady at the front desk told me that I was still going to have to pay the same rate for a down graded room from what I originally booked (she eventually said the rate was changed and she gave me extra off of it, but at checkout it was only an $11 difference), that house cleaning didn't clean out the refrigerator, that the shower water pressure isn't the best, and that the shower temperature didn't get hot enough to my liking. I couldn't have the room I booked due to housekeeping being short staffed...
