Negatives: Everything

Negatives: I didn't like the clean up lady knocking on the door early in the morning knowing I was there for a couple of days....I also didn't like that my hot water kept goin out in the shower in room 221 they kept having to reset the unit. Other than that everything was good

Negatives: There were roaches. Lots of them.

Negatives: Mildew on the ceiling, bugs in the bathroom, beds were uncomfortable, baseboards didn’t appear to be clean.

Negatives: I had to have my key remagnitized 20 times. It was very annoying. The shower barely worked. Iron and Ironing bored were broken along with the blow dryer.

Negatives: The room wasn't clean when we arrived. Our door was open and someone's belongings were in there. The second night was when the roaches appeared. The pool was closed.

Negatives: Where to begin.....We got there at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The check-in girl was super nice and assured us there was breakfast the next morning. We get to our room, put our stuff in, and went to dinner. When we got back the door was stuck shut, and she said, "Oh, not again." And it took her 10 minutes to "break" into the room. Upon looking at the door jam, it had been done several times before. We said we'd stay in the room because we were tired. My husband went to get a shower, no hot water. I tried afterwards. Still not hot water. It was 109* out, so it kind of felt good. But that wasn't the point. We had about 5 sheets of TP on the roll, and no extras. Desk clerk brought one TINY roll down. We went to get into bed at 9pm and almost fell out of the bed. Both sides of the mattress were collapsed, and you could feel the springs through it. No way of staying in bed without fighting. In the middle of the mattress, there was a hill. It was a hybrid, I guess, with no box spring, just a platform. We gave up at about 4 am and waited for breakfast. (We were in town for a family reunion). Go down at 7 am and ask where breakfast was. Desk clerk just pointed to a room and said, "Breakfast, coffee." Lights were off, chairs were on tables and saw nothing that was in the picture online. I asked again and again he pointed to the room. We went out to eat, but not after telling him we had packed our car and would be checking out, not staying that night. I asked for a refund. My account was billed for the 2 nights, but I got a receipt that stated I only got billed for one. I have been calling for 6 days now to talk to the owner because Choice said they don't deal with refunds. The hotel manager, William, also said I needed to talk with the owner. No response. My husband also had back spasms for 2 days afterwards from the mattress. Will not stay there again.

Negatives: That my room was infested with roaches.

Negatives: The location lacked we were surrounded by industrial looking bldings. No one explained where the pool was and that there were pool side rooms available. My key did not work half the time. Voffe maker did not work.

Negatives: The lack of communication between Booking.com and Hotel but it was handled great by Hotel Management

Negatives: I didn't like the pool water was nasty it had mold all in the pool we couldn't swim was disappointed ? and someone left there nasty socks by the bed and the toilet seat was nasty

Negatives: Staff was extremely rude. We booked a handicap accessible room and we were given a room on the top floor with no elevator. It was extremely difficult for limited mobility persons in my party to get up and down stairs. Ice machine has roaches. The room was filthy had dead roaches on floor behind the desk area. TV did not work. Beds uncomfortable we were miserable the one night we stayed. We booked for the week but left and went someplace else due to the deployerable conditions. When asked for a refund of nights was told no they can't do that and I was charged extra fees all of which management refused to refund. We will never stay at a quality inn ever again. They suck!!

Negatives: The repairs were not up to code very shotty

Negatives: The hotel room was nasty and wasnt maintained. Toilet seat fell off. Cealing was falling down. Trash and wrappers behind bed. Dirt in all the corners
