I am writing to report a poor customer service experience during my stay. Upon arrival and during the check in; one staff member was rude, spoke with an attitude, and communicated in a manner that felt more like giving orders than assisting a guest.
This behavior was unprofessional, and I believe additional customer service training is needed. I hope this feedback will be addressed to improve future guest interactions.
