Was under renovation and had paint smells and the room smelled like a wet dog. When I arrived the cost was different than on site.

The property was in a good location however not as close to the beach as the advertisement made it seem. The pool area was nice and relaxing but the pool was cold, they should heat it this time of year.

It was very loud. You could literally hear the bell from the elevator ringing while you were sleeping and we were not even close to the elevator. The toilet did not flush properly even after we asked them to fix it. The balcony had no chairs so you couldn’t even sit out there.

I was able to charge my Tesla at one of the chargers. There were plenty there. The location was good and very central to a lot of restaurants. The continental breakfast was really good each morning.

We loved that our room overlooked the pool, that a park was almost adjoining, and we were within walking distance of the beach.

The staff is very friendly and always had a treat for my kiddos. Also during breakfast the manager came and said a couple kind words to the guests. Very professional and polite but most of all proud of his team and work.

I’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed it. This was my first time with the new set up. Previously the gym and breakfast area was separate. Great area for coligny plaza and beach.
Negatives:
I requested strawberries be in the room as a surprise for my wife 3 weeks before we arrived. They put the strawberries in the room as we were walking in. Which I found ridiculous. Also after we left we were charged for grabbing a snack or something out of the convenience area. Which we never even went over there. That made for a frustrating phone call.
