The room wasn't very clean, stains in towels. The pillows were (for us) far too thick. There was a dead rat in the pool.

there was no washer and dryer on the premises they were very rude and ignorant to me I asked for this a handicap room they refuse to give me one I got sick on Wednesday I told them I went to the hospital to give me a full refund for the 5 days I was not there they told me no refunds I wasted $500 for nothing there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room they were cockroaches and bed bugs I complained and told them about all this and they did nothing I demanded a full refund at least 5 days I was not there I can prove that was in the hospital and I can prove I'm still in the hospital

It was a good price.
Negatives:
Although it was in a good location there were transient people hanging around. There was a man selling drugs to people staying at the hotel. He made it obvious what he was doing. There were a lot of men in hotel rooms there with doors to their hotel rooms open. We felt so unsafe that we only stayed there one night and got another hotel even though we lost our money. I was surprised and disheartened that a hotel would allow criminal behavior in such a nice area.

Positives:
Room was clean and sanitize and I liked the view of the pool.. My bed was comfortable and I did enjoy the lounge four minutes away called Kind Blue with a live band.
Negatives:
The staff was unorganized, When I got to my room it was someone else in it. went back to front desk to tell them about it, they gave me another room and the room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave and no remote control.. I didn’t have the energy to move into another room which they didn’t offer.. My room was clean and sanitize I did like my room was close to the pool with view, but overall was disappointed
