Negatives: The bed needs to change, the mattress is finish, really need a new one. They need to get the place spray, the place have teenagers, they love to come out at nights

Negatives: breakfast, as expected. The staff took my belongings away too soon. Though I had been late checking back in, it wasn't very late at all. Maybe 11:15 after the 11:00 checkout time. Though worth little, some of my belongings were missing and should have been brought to the front desk instead of discarded (some food, some expensive face lotion. I almost lost my $100 pair of shoes had I not caught the cleaner in time and luckily he was honest but I wonder if he would have brought them to the front desk, at least for a few hours before claiming them.

Negatives: Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00pm, but we had to wait almost 90 minutes before our room, the one we had already paid for, was ready. When we finally got into our room, there were no bath linens, and the shower and sink would not drain properly. The inside door security latch was not working properly, and the room key cards we were issued failed over and over again to unlock our door, which forced us to have to walk downstairs to the hotel's front desk to have them re-programmed multiple times during our stay. With the exception of the manager, who was very apologetic and helpful, the rest of the staff were condescending, rude, and dismissive of our concerns. Lastly, it became apparent that it was perfectly alright with management staff to allow people that were not registered guests, to sleep on chairs in the lobby while actual paying customers walked in and out.

Negatives: the floors were dirty and the air conditioner filthy with dust.

Negatives: there was no place to hang our clothing. no coffee machine,no tissues,floor was dirty,no blow dryer, had to buy a blow dryer, refrigerator was not leveled. price was to high.

Negatives: Had to wait for towels.

Negatives: Our original room wasn’t prepared. we walked into a room with unmade beds and wasn’t cleaned for the arrival of a new guest. Remote control, microwave (Spanish), and very wobbly toilet were all fixed upon request. We had spiders, a couple cockroaches, and a baby lizard (bathroom - baseboard covering was coming off) in our room. Although the room was fairly clean overall, outside areas are filthy and unkept. Although I didn’t visit, my kids told me the pool was dirty. No housekeeping (because of “Covid”), which was fine, but when I took bathroom linens to front office to exchange, we went to laundry room and they never had anything cleaned, and the two women there acted as if they didn’t care. Once the front office personally delivered the linens when ready, the other time the front office took me to two different unoccupied rooms to gather the linens I needed. I’m guessing when people arrive to these rooms they’re going to have to request linens immediately because I can’t see the laundry people/housekeeping being proactive in replacing those we took.

Negatives: Room was DIRTY

Negatives: The bed is a full size so it’s too small. I had to keep asking for towels and it took all day to get some.
