View of the ocean and facility. The cleaning crew were very pleasant.
Negatives:
1. Floors filthy. Evident when you stepped into shower, walking barefoot only in your room, and dirt came off your feet immediately. 2. No couch as in room description. Instead, one uncomfortable chair along with chair at desk. 3. When staying at an 'upscale resort' you do not expect to be renting lounge chairs with cushions. Instead you only have access to uncomfortable lounge chairs with a solid metal bar right where you sit. 4. Only registration desk open. consequently if checking in or out, you must wait in a line that caters to everyone needing assistance. Need I say more!!!
