Negatives: Out of five days our room was cleaned twice!! The second time I had to speak with the manager. We cleaned the room the other days. Lots of excuses from the evening staff. Had to pick up my own towels and supplies!!! Ridiculous!! Cleanliness was not a priority!! Footprints up the windows, dirty bathroom!! Yuck on the walls of the bathroom and mirror!

Negatives: I booked this room after being locked out of our Airbnb Friday night. We looked 30+ miles from our location and no one had rooms. When I found this room I booked it immediately and paid to hold it. However, it was at midnight so the booking automatically went to the next night. The hotel staff were nice, but like all the others had no vacancy. Even though the problem was seen 5 minutes after booking, neither booking.com nor the hotel will answer any messages about a refund or helping us in any way.
