The cleanliness was terrible! Bad smells, mold growing. Staff was unprofessional and unavailable. Poor costumer service.
Review
Dirty, unclean, smelled musty, black mold growing in room. When tried to change rooms, only one other was available, but the key card machine didn’t work. When the attendant tried to call manager to come and get the machine to work, he didn’t answer, so we checked out and left. When tried to get refund, hotel dodged calls of AAA and myself several times.
