Disappointing
Positives:
This hotel was really nice , after driving for 13 hours I came into my hotel room and saw it was beautiful . I had a really good night sleep, and upon checking out I saw the breakfast set up downstairs it was really great . I was only passing through Manning but while at the location I also noticed other places in the area close by so we will make this location one of our favorite rest stops when traveling again .
Negatives:
Every thing was perfect , no complaints at all .

I enjoy the rest.
Positives:
Breakfast was okay but apparently not much variety on a weekday. However much better on the weekend. Parking lot was well lit but on one occasion I parked next to an island near the main entrance of the parking lot as this was the last space at the time and at night noted it was heavily infested with cockroaches. Them scattering near her feet as my wife exited our vehicle was very unsettling for her.
Negatives:
Primarily I was disappointed that the type of room I requested was not available. I checked in at around 6:00-6:30 p.m. and the king room I requested was not available even though I received a confirmation for a king room when making the reservation. We received two double beds instead and did not know until we actually entered the room. I inquired immediately and was then told there were none available.
Additionally, while not as important the exercise facilities were not available due to what appeared to be renovations. This is understood as the work has to be done sometime but still disappointing.

I have stayed here previously with no issues so would likely stay again in the future.
Positives:

Negatives:
I don't think of anything that could have been better.

The room was clean and all items well positioned, at least to my liking.
Positives:
Nothing. Waste of money.
Negatives:
Terrible stay, couldn’t have been worst. Front desk wouldn’t look at our face when we arrived to check in and check out. Hallway’s floor was dirty to the point there was ketchup spilled on the way to the elevator and no one would clean. In our room, the flush would turn on by itself as there was a leak in the water compartment. Carpets with strong smell (mold maybe?). Towels stained. AC noisy.

I do not recommend.

Hopefully when renovations are done.
Positives:
The bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was. The employees were professional and courteous. They issued a $50.00 discount
Negatives:
The handicap room
1. When shower was turned on the entire shower assembly blew off the wall hitting him in the stomach and high pressure water pushed him back against the wall and I almost fell. Water filled the floor. Also there was no handicap shower seat and no grab handles. No phone in room, no light bulb in one light and no lamp shade on the bed side lamp. The discount should have been for the total amount due to my husband's stomach injury brused stomach.and he cannot stand very long as he is confined to a wheelchair.
We were not told of the construction which would have made a difference in booking the hotel.
I would like to hear back from management.

Positives:
The location and staff were great! Not sure if i would revisit due to the room condition with the insects.
Negatives:
Yes, the room had roaches. When asked about spraying i was told that they had no spray, but that management would be notified. They apologized, But because the hotel was full, there was no other other vacancies.

Positives:
They were all so sweet at the front desk very cleanly and even though we’re here for my husband‘s work, they made it worth the family time. The pool is clean. My two-year-old did get bit by fire ants by the door, but that’s because you can’t help people who spell stuff had nothing to do with the hotel or staff, there’s one gentleman that stuck out in the second Christian got bit by fire and he ran inside and got spray thank you, Mr.Cubbs
Negatives:
There was no trash bags in the room good thing I brought my own, but that’s about it. Everything else was amazing. The food is an amazing breakfast. It’s like you’re going to IHOP. The atmosphere is completely chill for people in business or families will definitely be coming here again.

This was an amazing stay
Positives:
The staff, especially Buddy, was very friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
Many water stains on the ceilings, and the deadbolt wouldn't fully engage in the door jamb. I was traveling with my 92 year old mom, so safety is a priority.
