I loved the room, comfort level, pool and bar area. The staff was excellent and provided great customer service. The overall cleanliness of the room was about an 8 1/2.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the eater did not go out of the tub like it should have when showering. The tub definitely needed Draino. There was also strands of hair in the shower which I k ow wasn't mine bc I have lots so it wasn't thoroughly cleaned/rinsed.
