Hotel itself is good
Negatives:
We arrived around 6 pm - they couldn’t charge my credit card that was used to hold the reservation because the credit card company had changed it due to fraud. So instead of waiting til we checked in to switch to the new card, they sent me an email around 4:50 pm that I had 30 min to call in a new card or they were cancelling our two rooms. Well, I was driving on the highway to get to the hotel so didn’t see the email and was shocked that our rooms were cancelled. I asked the clerk who was very curt why they didn’t call instead. She said there was no number on file. I checked my account info and my cell is most definitely on file in both the booking.com system and the Marriott system. She said she had one room left do we want it or not. We had to scramble to get two rooms at a different hotel as one room would not accommodate our party.

Good location and close to our attraction, decent staff but they were not helpful.
Negatives:
I had booked a king suite at the end of last year. Arrived at the site and was given a double queen. The staff stated there was no king suites available despite me having booked well in advance. I was not refunded for the difference in rooms and no compensations were offered.
