Negatives: The property use to be nice, now it looks old and run down.

Negatives: The rest of the hotel didn't feel that clean. Pool looked dirty and other common areas look old and run down. The room we stayed in was against the laundry room and it made a very loud noise in our room.

Negatives: My room had two full size beds with 4 pillows each. I slept on one bed horribly, the matress was firm with a crater in the center, my body ached and I did not sleep well. I tryed the other bed and it was no better. The pillows were way to soft and did not support at all. Miserable 4 nights with no sleep. I AM STILL RECOVERING. There was NO wifi. NO Internet. It is 2024 and they did not have a functioning wifi. The staff claimed it was being fixed and wolld be up shortly. They lied, obvious lie. They had no intention of fixing it, or just gave up on it. I also question the cleanliness of the place. For the price I paid, I had no room service, there was a grime over everything in the place. I am sorry, the one women at the front desk was very nice, but I really would NOT go back unless they put some money back into the business and cleaned / fixed up some stuff.

Negatives: No crib because staff didn't know where they were. Dirty shower and bathroom, expired milk on breakfast buffet. Horrible experience would not recommend.

Negatives: The property was old, run down, dirty, smelly, the furniture was dirty, beds were uncomfortable and dished out.

Negatives: The rudeness of the front desk, the moldy shower curtain which we had to tell the front desk twice to change it

Negatives: Very dirty! From the lobby to the elevator. Room had roaches. WiFi didn’t work. The hotel is dog friendly, but the parking lot and surrounding areas are very dark and not safe to walk the dog. Breakfast was a joke, not worth it.

Negatives: DIRTY carpets, old and threadbare bedding, thin walls, door didn't sit in the frame propeerly and let in light from the hall on all four sides, bathtub not funcioning. Breakfast was largely prepackaged and cold. The whole place smells mildewy and needs a major overhaul. Every time I walked past thee front desk I overheard other guests complaining about one thing or another.

Negatives: I booked this property because it was pay when you stay. They attempted to charge my card at 12pm. Then I was alerted I need to pay or my reservation or it will be canceled. I paid the reservation and when I got to he hotel my reservation was still canceled. The staff accommodated me but I had to pay again. I am going back ad forth with booking to get my refund for paying online. If it's not a pay when you stay hotel it should be updated.

Negatives: Pillows too soft, internet didn’t work,

Negatives: Just the carpet going out the elevator to the rooms, lot of stains and looked dirty. Buy that's about it.
