The trip was nice, although it rained the entire time we were there. The hotel and amenities were good. We did manage to eat out & at the hotel, shop and attend a show.

One of the jacuzzis was closed. Also was not told that once we put on the breakfast bracelet we would be unable to take it off the rest of our trip. Also there should be an age limit for the jacuzzi. Kids under 10 should not be in that hot of water for hours.

Great stay and would recommend for honeymooners like ourselves.

View was immaculate! Leaving the hot tub and heading straight out is the beach…weather was amazing…towels galore, more than enough parking space…great size bed, nice size bathroom…perfect couple getaway…didn’t even know I had neighbors so noise was nonexistent…I can’t say enough great things about our stay…did I mention daily breakfast!

I paid for the room and fees before arrival. but upon arrival I had to pay room deposit, internet, park was really high. did not have a problem with the fees, just did not like them nickel and diming me the whole time, tell me upfront and I will be ok with it. it was very clean and the food was great. room service every other day. over all I will probaly find a place that I am more comfortable with

The cleanliness of the room. Our first room was very clearly not cleaned. Soap all over the shower walls, hair, etc. there were also stains on a lot of things in the room. The second room was better but still not in great shape. The lobby was pretty clean but I was very surprised at the condition of the rooms.
