I will be staying there...

I've always stayed at Hampton Inns, wherever I go, we love it! This Hampton was clean and nice, like always, but the maid service didn't come the whole 4 days we were there. We went to the service desk due to no toilet paper, we were out of trash bags and towels. We were told that they were low staffed and so no maid service! They didn't offer to disclose this when we made reservations or checked in, also they added $15 a day for parking on the bill after we checked out...they never told us there was a parking fee. I've never had that at any other Hampton. Beautiful place and the room was nice and clean when we arrived, but we were down to using Walmart bags as trash bags and boxes of tissues for toilet paper when we left, so be prepared!

The bathroom toilet had to be plunged twice. No manager was onsite to take care of it, so an employee at the front desk accommodated us with another room.

I was told I would get a pack and play if available. I called 3 separate times and was told they would bring one up but they never did , I understand it may not be available but at least have the decency to tell me call me I waited for some one until almost midnight thinking some one was coming
