The friendly service from Tristan and the whole staff, the breakfast options and the beach views.

From the time I was there last year until this year they made quite a few changes, one of which was implementing a $15 per day parking fee, which was not disclosed on the website when booking. Did not find out about it until after I checked out.

The hot tub was not always working, housekeeping was not the best. We would ask questions to the front desk and no one could ever answer our basic questions. Also location was scary as people told us not to walk on the streets at night.

The power was out in my room and the tv censor was behind the tv. We had to call maintenance it took him a minute to come up. We payed for a room over seeing the beach but instead we overseen the streets..

I didnt like the fact that the pool area wasnt enclosed for the winter. I was highly disappointed in that. During my previous winter stays the pool area was always enclosed. I know they weee under construction but still U wish they would have had it
