Location, close to everything, the pool was nice and breakfast in the morning.
Negatives:
Housekeeping was an issue. They said they would come every other day, but they didn't. We asked the housekeeping lady for some fresh towels, but she never brought them. Then we ran out of toilet paper. We had to call the front desk twice before they brought anything.

I love the location of the Hampton Inn. It was great walking out of the hotel to Broadway at the beach.. Our room was lake view, so I love being able to look at views from Broadway at the beach. There is a variety of breakfast selections.The hot tub was relaxing, and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was a plus for me. I would highly recommend The Hampton Inn by Hilton.
Negatives:
The only thing that I didn't like was I couldn't enjoy the hot tub as much because the pool and spa room was sort of hot.I really can't complain about anything because my husband and I were satisfied with our stay at the Hampton Inn.

The facility was nice and clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated and inviting. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a real highlight. There was a great variety, and the dining area lovely. Plus, the proximity to Broadway was wonderful!
