1 elevator was down upon arrival. 2nd elevator went down morning of checkout. I am handicapped and needed an accessible room. I was placed on the 3rd floor and when both elevators stopped, I had to use the stairs which was difficult as a handicapped.

Didn't get to check in on time. We arrived shortly after 4 and was told to come back lately. I asked if they could call us or if we could call and see if it was ready. They said no, they we needed to come back but couldn't give us an approximate time.

The bar close to the main entrance, very good drinks and very friendly bartender. The breakfast was very good and the waffles taste like homemade, fresh come out of the iron there were the best.
Negatives:
I have to wait 1 hour in the front desk of the hotel because they didn't receive my reservation, they told me that they were having problems to receive the reservations, that I should wait at least 30 to 45 min. I don't know who fault was that the booking.com or the computer and Internet from the hotel. It was very inconvenient for my mother in law all this waiting, she is 92 years old, with healthy problems. they should consider and check us in. Thanks God for the bar in the hotel which help me to relax and have a good time until we were waiting. I had to call booking.com customer service, the representative fixed the problem very quickly. The chorine in the hotel swimming pool was very strong. Not pleasure at all.

Lady who checked us out was nice and told us she was sorry we had such frustration on check in and not being told how to get room servicing.
Negatives:
The registration was under wrong name. Told they were full and we had no reservation. Showed our registration number on email. They had name under 1st name, so argued with us. Our family rooms not together, werent even on same floor. Told us registration system was only 3 weeks old, so they were stressed out. Didnt tell us we needed to fill out a form to get room cleaned, so got NO room attention. Breakfast was awful.
