Indoor pool was closed without any prior knowledge, not mentioned at check in. There were ducks swimming in outdoor pool. Stayed 2 nights and room was never cleaned, never asked if we need anything. We had to ask for towels. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a weird smell of gas in the hallways . Not sure what’s happening at this hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Being able to just simply walk out the back door and be right there on the boardwalk area made our trip so much easier. You have restaurants and attractions as well as many stores within walking distance. The breakfast for us was included and was very delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The seating area for eating was clean and very well kept. Check in and checking out was a breeze.
Negatives:
For the amount that I paid I was pretty underwhelmed by our room and actually a little disappointed. To begin with there were a few hairs in and on the toilet. I am not sure if they had shampooed the carpeting and then just did not completely dry it at some point but our feet felt icky after walking on the carpeted floor. My child's feet got pretty nasty looking after walking on it as well. I noticed that the mattresses had no coverings on them besides the basic fitted sheet. And the mattress was bare and showing on the sides. We had a double queen room and one of the beds sagged pretty bad on the edge. The pillows were okay but honestly I just wasn't very impressed by this location. I'm not usually one to complain about things. It is a pretty big disappointment because the location of this hotel is absolutely amazing.
