This was our 4th stay at this hotel in the past year. We love to location near the convention center and Broadway at the Beach. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The pancake machine is always a hit.

Location was good. Close to main road and Broadway at the Beach. Always nice to have breakfast included and coffee/tea available 24/7. The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
Our room was damp and musty smelling. Bathroom door had expanded from the moisture and wouldnt close the whole way. Looked like maintenance had sawed the door some to get it to close but it still didnt.
