Negatives: Only one elevator was working

Negatives: It was chilly outside, and the pool was not heated. Wish there was a hot tub or at least warm water in pool.

Negatives: Furniture (chairs etc) all had stains, blankets had a lot of wear and some looked melted in places. Doors all had water damage. Provided cooking utensils were dirty, bathroom had no vent fan, our specific sofa bed only unfolded at a 45 angle. Pool was not very clean. Carpet also had spots of wear/scratching perhaps from previous pets. Breakfast was okay, but some items are odd choices like pulled pork or chicken rather than breakfast meat options. Charged us $80 incase we shopped their small store. It should just be pay at site if you shop, rather than waiting for a refund otherwise. Also they lost power while we were there and we had to use the stairs (4th floor) and there are ZERO EMERGENCY lights in the stairs. Very dangerous!!!

Negatives: Pool door didn't work, entrance of pool was rusty and dirty looking but water was clear and clean. Room couch bedding, and curtains were dirty but discussed with desk clerk and she handled it.

Negatives: The only thing was they don’t clean the room during your stay. We were there 3 nights. Garbage over flowing, had to go to front desk for towels & toilet paper. We weren’t aware of this. For the amount we paid , we’d expect it at least once.

Negatives: Always had to ask for extra towels. Had 4 pounds on room always gave 3 when cleaning

Negatives: My room was fully cleaned. The housekeeping staff put the previous guest trash under the kitchen sink instead of taking it out. So basically i cleaned our room since we had our grands
