close to everything and parking for disabled , quiet where we were. friendlys restaurant next to laquinta. didn't have to drive to breakfast we walked there. the coffee at laquinta was excellent.
Negatives:
the rugs were filthy black. our socks were so dirty we had to throw some out. didn't feel it was clean. gunk in bathroom. in corners, in hallways. breakfast was yuck. lots of sugary things. hard boiled eggs , the sausages not good.
