Black mold and roaches all over the room, hand rails on the stairs broken, elevator permanently broken. The pool area and front is covered with thousands of cigarette butts. The mattress felt like a bag of bricks and sharp knives stabbing you. Booked 6 nights, left after 1.

We weren't informed that the elevator wasn't working and my brother is handicapped. I thought we were getting an ocean view room n it wasn't. The staff was unbelievably rude. We had to check in at a motel blocks away from our hotel. The kitchen stove only had two burners that worked and the cable cut off all different hours of the day. The bathroom was gross there was hair left in the tub and sink. We also had to chase staff down for towels n toilet paper cause the main lobby was closed up to the day we left which was Monday morning.
