There was no complementary bottled water for my stay. Was not aware that I had to leave a full deposit, even though I paid in advance for the room. It was taken from my credit card upon arrival, but was not returned immediately. I was only there for 12 hours.

Good trip, good food recommendation

This is a wonderful hotel. The woman who checked us in at 10:50 pm was so nice and helpful. Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm and I was not sure if we would make it before 11 and I called the office and she said it will be fine if we were late. I was traveling with 1 teenager and my 12 year old boys and my putbull dog. We got to our room, and NO roaches and No bed bugs. The room was clean. We had a wonderful time staying here, and we got a wonderful night sleep. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A GOOD ROOM WITH NO BUGS AND A WONDERFUL STAFF ?.

Positives:
Customer service was polite and friendly. We were taken care of immediately, no waiting or trying to find staff like other places. Everything was clean and neat. All other staff members were polite and knowledgeable as well. A well run facility. Even housekeeping was exceptional. I had accidentally left my phone charging in the room and she ran all the way down from the 4th floor to catch us before we left and succeeded. How greatful I am to her! That could have been a disaster otherwise. Phone was not cheap and had much info I needed in it for the trip and personally. She had saved me quite a bit of frustrations my error could have caused me. I want to graciously thank her again for saving me from those heartaches and headaches.
Overall, best stay I've ever had at any hotel.

Great location for visiting my family.

Needs some updates ,fresh coat paint doors and you most make sure the door to room
Closed. I left when I came back and the door was cracked open the door didn’t close all the way didn’t like that.
