Positives:
The location was great, only two blocks from the beach. Also they upgraded us so we had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. Beds and shower were excellent too.
Negatives:
The chair in the room was very uncomfortable period and there was only one so the other person had no where to sit other than the bed.

The location of this hotel was perfect for the activities I had planned during spring break15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and the actual beach was basically behind the hotel.
Negatives:
My room was dirty when we checked in (dirt on the rug, hair in the shower etc), the air conditioning system was very loud and the toilet would run for 30 minutes or more after flushing.

I have a disability and got to accessibility room, the only thing wrong was the mattress was a thin plastic mattress horribly uncomfortable I could feel the springs in it. I was really expecting a comfortable mattress.
