Negatives: no hot water for 2 days.

Negatives: we rented this hotel for my elderly parents who did not have a good experience here. Toilet and air conditioner did not work properly - they were hot in JANUARY! floors were nasty and slippery which is dangerous and there was trash on elevator floor

Negatives: My only issue was the lack of housekeeping. We were here for 6-nights and only received towel service 2 times. We even requested a full room cleaning after 4 days but did not receive the housekeeping.

Negatives: Parking was a little tight, but ok.

Negatives: Breakfast tables were very worn and felt sticky. Definitely need replaced.

Negatives: A little expensive for this time of year

Negatives: The room could have been cleaner, and no one came to clean the room during our stay,. We were told we would be supplied with two bottles of water a day but we didnt receive any other bottles except for the ones we received at than check-in. Breakfast could have had more flavor but did offer several options to choose from.

Negatives: This place has hidden fees that aren't mentioned. I had to purchase another room because the Assistant Manager "couldn't make a decision" to let another dog in the room when clearly another guest had 3 dogs. And on booking it says that 150 for 2 an a additional for 150 for the 3rd. So they should've honored that, not be like "well sorry bout your luck". Not to mention that they only allow one vehicle per room which isn't mentioned, so driving 6 hours to find that out was freaking ridiculous, and the Assistant manager said they was about full, but clearly they had a lot of party spots available. I would have gladly paid a parking fee, but this was just a nightmare of a trip.. The hotel room smelled of burnt hair, the room wasn't clean, and they ruined a family vacation. We will not be back, and I would suggest to anyone wanting to come here be prepared to pay an outrageous fees. I had to make sure to clean the room so they didn't say I left it dirty even though it was when we arrived.

Negatives: The hidden fees that is not mentioned is ridiculous. That on booking it says pets are allowed drove 6 hours with 3 dogs just to be told it wasn't allowed. Even offered to pay another 150 for the 3rd dog. Wasn't informed that only one vehicle can have a parking spot in the reservations so my mom and dad had to either get a hotel room or park across the street. Was told they was almost full but there wasn't anyone in the parking garage. If they want good business then they need to update all information on booking. It was a headache and I will not be back. My mother's room smelled of burnt hair, mine and my husband's bathroom didn't have wash clothes or another roll on toilet paper. Overall this was a headache of a trip and I want to thank the assiant manager that couldn't "make her own choice" even though there was 2 women that had 3 dogs. I honestly have a better experience staying at the RedRoof Inn just up the road. Even though it not ocean front at least those workers seem to care enough to help you out.

Negatives: I wish I would have known it was per friendly. You could smell other people pets urine in elevators
