There isn't much of a view but a good location that's close to stores, attractions and restaurants.

Family Vacation
Positives:
The room was nice and met our needs. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The front desk employee (Ivan I think) was very personable and check-in was seamless.
Negatives:
The breakfast experience wasn't the best. Even though breakfast was almost over (10 am), all breakfast options should still have been available. The area was very busy and it was a long wait for items to be replaced. Once they were replaced, they were gone as soon as they were put out. There was only sugar-free syrup, the toppings bowls weren't refilled, the orange juice and cranberry juice were not working, and there were no lids for the coffee cups. It what I expected from Staybridge.

Everything except the maintenance issues.
Negatives:
The plumbing was messed up so we couldn’t use the bathroom or shower comfortably.
The toilet stopped up and we was told to come to front desk and get a plunger.

Kept cutting the water off due to pipe burst then was charge 200 for a flooded toilet that wasn’t flooded when we left. Asked to speak to the GM I was told he would call me back. Just to call back and they say he’s not there on Sundays. Majority of housekeeping barely speaks English. So there was a communication barrier.

They advertise that they serve breakfast between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. When I went down to the lounge area for breakfast at 8:00 AM it was closed and the front desk person said there was no breakfast that day because they did not get the delivery of food supplies. In my opinion, that was unacceptable excuse.

Overall, good value.
Positives:
This was a good location for the reason of my visit. I will definitely be back for the location of the places I will visit. I have recommended this hotel to others and will continue to do so. It was a nice upgrade and may have stayed another night if I knew the room I had received.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the hallway had a wet smell to it and had a fan in the hallway. The room had some broken tiles within the kitchen and the bathroom.

The broken door handle left us feeling insecure. Things were in disrepair, the 3rd floor and room smelled of mildew and mold to the point it gave us all a headache and made us feel sick and the cockroaches crossed the line.
