The staff was understanding about my disappointment

My coffee Maker was broken as was the dishwasher. I had to wash the last guest's Dirty dishes which is a little bit gross. My bathroom was not clean properly at all. And there was dust and grim in the bathroom. The carpet was wet in certain spots. Apparently they had washed the carpet, but didn't let it dry completely before we entered the room.. This hotel.
Needs a total demolition inside. It does look nice from the outside. The gym area is very nice. There's an outdoor patio with grills. But you cannot expect guests to stay in a room where the kitchen floor is greasy and slippery.And the bathroom hasn't been washed properly and the walls are dirty and the back of the bathroom door is covered in dust gross. I think I deserved a full refund.But I was only given fifty percent off and the ability to cancel my future booking. I was in room number.
127 and there are roaches.In the room in the kitchen area and the bathroom.That's unacceptable and I don't think you should be charged to say in those conditions.When you're trapped in a town and there's no where else to go.
