The hotel room overall is very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and the location feels very safe. This was our second time staying here and just as happy with it this time as we were the first time.
Negatives:
Our ironing board was stained very badly and nasty. Wasn’t able to use it. But it really wasn’t a huge deal for us.

I guess we miss understood that the Breakfast was actually a bistro. So we were disappointed because we had hoped to save money but the staff were great. We had called many hotels in the area and to be honest chose this one because the staff were professional and didn’t sound shady. Great room and gym, though we didn’t use the gym, and quiet. Our AC started making a loud sound which was annoying but they comped us a night because we had a lot of stuff and didn’t want to move.

Not having a free included breakfast.

I liked the gym and the comfort and cleanliness of the bed. I also liked that I felt safe.
Negatives:
The shower had black mold around the bottom, the towels were empty so I had to ask for more and it seemed like the towels were being rationed, it took forever for us to be checked in and the clerk was unclear about how much my cost would be which was 200 dollars more than booking.com said it would be so that was disappointing. There was. Also a reddish brown splatter across the bottom of the wall which I had to clean with a wet wipe. I don’t know if it was blood or what but that was sketchy.
