I booked a weeek ahead of time for travel work and specifically stated I had a medical service dog and another puppy coming along…. I show up to check in and they told me it would be 3-4 days before a pet friendly room is available. Inconvenient and inappropriate aren’t the words for this.

It had a good location and the beds were comfortable.

It had roaches everywhere, and the elevator broke the same day we were there had to take the stairs the rest of our stay it was very hard with 5 kids to get up and down the stairs and the tub had hair in it.
