Negatives: Disgusting

Negatives: Had a full kitchen. We believe we could cook meals. Got groceries before we came. No pots and pans, nothing. Had to go buy a pot and a pan and stuff to cook the food we just purchased.

Negatives: there were meth heads outside my window all night and also had roach bugs on the counters and old soap in the bathroom and shower that no one had cleaned

Negatives: Horrible experience! Never actually made it into a room. I am a healthcare worker that works 12 hour shifts. I travel for work so my home is 2 plus hours away. I booked this hotel in advance. When I walked in the line at the front desk was hanging out the door. Everyone’s looked upset. The guy at the front desk was loudly arguing back and forth with an older lady. She had multiple bags and kids with her. He refused to discount a room for her that the refrigerator & tv was broken in. Also the elevators were NOT working. When it was finally my turn to check in he stated that they cancelled my room and no more rooms were available due to them over booking. For some odd reason he thought everyone being upset about the multiple things going wrong was funny. I was exhausted from work and had to drive around for an hour to find another room. Which cause me to be late to work the next morning and working off little to no sleep. Will never book here again

Negatives: - bed mattress lopsided - dirty stove - toilet dripped water constantly - the floors were filthy - only a small trash can - bed covers extremely thin - unsavory people lurking around - very noisy place - staff not friendly - dogs barking nights and days inside the hotel - exit doors broken

Negatives: This place was disgusting. The smell almost made us throw up. The couch was broken. The carpet was peeling up and had stains. There were signs of bugs everywhere. We ended up checking out and getting a different hotel. Nothing like the pictures.

Negatives: First toilet backed up second bathroom sink fault handle was broke checking in was standing there waiting for 15min before even seen employee

Negatives: Dirty, has no been cleaned in a very long time. Blood on carpet, roaches everywhere. Clothing left over from last person to stay. Slept in the van instead

Negatives: Everything. This place is used as an apartment building and a motel. No working elevator for 7 months!! Roaches crawling around the walls in the room molded shower curtains non working shower head filthy tub dirty refrigerator dirty dusty floors dirty sheets with big stains patches of hair behind the night stand empty liquor bottles stained sheets broken furniture garbage bags outside of doors along the hallway. The whole building smells like weed and garbage clearly they don’t have anyone including house keeping maintaining that building throughout the day. After checking in coming from NY on an emergency trip because of death in my family and looking at 3 disgusting rooms 317,311,301 I didn’t even stay ONE NIGHT. The place needs to be inspected and CLOSED DOWN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONE HERE!!!!!
