I loved that we had the penthouse suite. It was two floors with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out couch. There's a little kitchen and it was plenty of room for our family of 5.
Negatives:
The floors in the room were filthy. You couldn't walk around barefoot bc the floors were so sticky and your feet would be completly black like they didn't mop ever! The kitchen still had food and sauces in the drawers so it definitely wasn't cleaned. Most of the lights throughout were burned out/didn't work. The girl at the front desk was vaping inside. They were not friendly at all. We didn't have many towels in the room and no extra pillows or blankets. The hot water upstairs didn't work. The price for the room size was exceptionally good, but the other things kind of out weighed everything else. We were just there to sleep so I didn't complain, we made the best of our stay.

We did not like anything about this location.
Negatives:
For starters we had to pay a $50 deposit which okay fine but maybe you shouldn’t have needles laying around on your ground or bed bugs in your beds. We walked in and walked right back out. We asked for a refund and was assured we would receive it immediately it’s been a week with no refund. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This was Memorial Day weekend and nothing else was available or cost 1000s of dollars for a late notice. We had no where to stay and had to end up going all the way back home. So we drove here for no reason at all. Waste of time & money.

Positives:
The staff was very friendly and there was a lot of shops and restaurants available. Not far from downtown and all the attractions.
Negatives:
Well the hotel definitely needs an update. The A/C in our room was not working properly and some of the appliances need to be updated. Some of the railings on the second floor were lose and not stable. We had little friends crawling around that we had to take care of. It looks more like an extend stay type of property. The units in the front looked like they were taken care of more than the units in the back.

**WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. It is located in the most dangerous part of town, with cops showing up regularly to control trespassing and drug activity. Do not be fooled by the “Wyndham” name - this is a motel establishment with not a safe environment to offer to guests. Spend a couple of dollars elsewhere if safety is a concern. Shady prance for sure.

I didn’t feel safe after witnessing police officers showing up multiple times. Unreal that Wyndham manages this property

The bathroom was dirty, and they have people living in the hotel, with BBQ outside the rooms and it does not look clean around. They should have a building just for people living there. Parking is a nightmare. Even the handicap parking with cars without permits.
