From the moment I arrived, my stay was horrible. After arriving, I was told the room that I reserved was a non-smoking room but “was changed to a smoking room” and there was “nothing that could be done because it was a Friday night.” The staff offered their apologies and sent me on my way. When I got to my room, I was met with the most horrible smoking smell that almost made me sick. The bed sheets had burn holes in them from past customers. The outlets in the room were broken. They didn’t even bother to supply all the lamps with lightbulbs. But that’s just the beginning…. When I tried to go to sleep I was surprised at the roaches crawling on the ceiling. There were piles of them in the corner behind the door, and this was after the hotel staff “cleaned”. I am so glad I didn’t have my wife and children with me because I would have left immediately. There were people sitting on the balconies outside of the room all night and making racket. This place was nothing short of a dump and we will NEVER EVER be back. What horrible customer service we were given. I was so shocked!

The cleaning staff is not cleaning at all, they should be fired.
One example of many: the room entrance door had 1/4 inch gap at the bottom for roaches, ants, spiders, etc to enter. The door sweep needed to be replaced, it's only a 5 minute job. I mentioned it the first day, it was never done.we were there 3 days. They Have a "maintenance man" but he's not doing the work. He needs to be replaced.

Good location! Comfortable bed. Nice staff.
Negatives:
It just had an overall feel of uncleanliness. The room and sheets felt moist, I think they need a dehumidifier. The AC unit was coming off wall. Could also smell a lot of weed, everywhere. Breakfast needs improvement. Maybe add bagels and cream cheese.
