Staff called our room and woke us at 4:45 am to ask if we had any water running because the room under us was flooding. Later when I confronted the manager regarding the call he was extremely rude. Totally unnecessary call !

My room was ready a little early and hotel employee was so kind and wonderful at check in. She gave me some great recommendations for food and the room was clean and beautiful. Her service and the room should be the standard.
