Positives: Breakfast was very good, rooms and linens were comfortable. Staff very nice and courteous especially Maya.

Negatives: Awful situation our first night. A car in the lot directly in front of our room had a car alarm that kept going off every 30 minutes until 4am! No assistance at the front desk over night; no one answered the phone. Car should’ve been towed or battery disconnected so guests would not be disturbed all night long. Complaint made in the morning and awaiting GM’s call for compensation. Elevator broken which was inconvenient for guests and staff. They told us it has been broken for over 2 weeks; unacceptable for a Hilton property. Room AC units to be upgraded; very noisy. Our bathroom fan was broken.
