Negatives:
Room smelled like wet dog. Mini Fridge was filled with mold. Clock broken. Outlet face broken off. Hair in the tub and tubs was dirt. Staff was pleasantly but couldn't help with replacing Fridge for my mother's medication to be stored. Property manager has not returned my calls or email that the front counter person told me to send so the property manager could address and rectify. That was since October 6th, 2025. I still til this day have not had one email response or call to follow-up. This was a horrible stay. We stayed less than a full day. Only stay because it was late at night when we arrived. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Its horrible.We slept with our clothes on our blanket we brought over the bedding. Wish I took a video of this room. Oh an they could give us another room as they stated they were full.

Shower/tub was FILTHY...caked up dirt in it and the tub didn't drain. A/c loud and barely worked. Smelled funny. Door battery died and we were told once we got in the room we couldn't leave for the rest of the night. Kids had to use restroom while waiting for them to figure out how to get us into the room but lady at front desk would not allow them to use restroom. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...not to mention the first room we were put in smelled like an ashtray
