Was clean good price could upgrade tvs but other then that was ok

There pool was good and it was one lady tht was very kind to us. She checked me in and gave me some pool towels.

The air conditioner flooded in our room. They don’t really make it known tht everything is separate when it comes to suburban. So we didn’t get no room service. Then when we did ask for towels they rudely told us to go to the front desk. And the room was dirty. The floor was so dirty I had to throw me n my kids socks away , becuz they was not funna come clean.

The image on the internet wasn’t the image of the place. It appeared to be run down and very undesirable. It didn’t appear safe at night due to the clientele’s seedy behaviors. I’m also disappointed with booking.com for not knowing the rate of the places they have on their site, but most importantly their not knowing what time check in is!

It was easy to get to. The staff were very friendly. The parking lot was clean and well lit. The room was a great size. And the amenities in the room were great.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke. The smoke smell got in my clothes even after wiping the whole room down and spraying room freshener. The guest next door was extremely loud and fighting in the middle of the night. There was no housekeeping. I was there for 3 days and I was expecting someone to come and at least get the trash.

I got there at 4pm. They told me they have no clean rooms right now. She told me to wait in the lobby until one of the workers come back with a paper saying rooms are clear. I waited 15mins then I went to another hotel that was prepared.

When I went to to front desk to get Sheets cause my dog pee on it that when I went up front to get get cleaned ones but I was told that all the housekeeper was gone so I went back to my room with dirty sheets
