The manager was understanding but the guy at the bar by the pool was rude, afraid short rude for no reason and talked junk is was pass having bad customer service but the resort was nice look wise I enjoyed what I made of my stay wish I’d know the room didn’t have a stove but it was nice

We were there 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, we had to keep asking for more towels and trash bags,
We gave our trash to the housekeeper cleaning the room beside us, she never asked if we needed anything else or if she could touch up our room. We have never stayed in a Hampton that didn't clean our room every day and we always stay at Hampton...

The stay was great
Negatives:
Mixup upon checking in. Another group was given the same room as we were, after we had already taken residence in the room. Issue was resolved by the front desk and staff comfortably, everybody was smiling.
